Clinkscales Land Surveying, LLC is a Better Business Bureau (BBB) accredited business serving Central Alabama with an unblemished A+ rating since its inception in 2015. Specializing in a wide range of surveying services, we offer commercial and residential boundary surveys for real estate closings, property divisions, and surveys requested by the City, County, or HOA, as well as several other services including NSPS ALTA Surveys, Topographic Surveys, As-Built Surveys, Property Line Staking, Legal Descriptions, FEMA Flood Elevation Certificates, House Stakeouts, and Construction Staking.
Led by Owner and Principal Surveyor, Steven J. Clinkscales, a graduate of Troy University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying and Geomatics Sciences and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), and a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in the State of Alabama with over a decade of experience, Clinkscales Land Surveying provides quality work at competitive rates tailored to our client's needs. Our mission is to serve our clients with highly accurate and easy-to-understand surveys, produced in an affordable and timely manner, utilizing state-of-the-art technology.
